At Superior Air Repair, nothing is more important to us than the health of our customers, technicians and community. In light of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we want to inform you we are taking extra precautions to help ensure your safety, and are complying with every CDC recommendation. We will continue to stay open as we understand that services may be in need now more than ever. With the seriousness of the current issue, these are some of the steps we've taken to help prevent further spreading:
We currently practice through hand washing techniques, are wearing shoe covers and rubber gloves when we enter homes, will maintain a safe distance while providing any service, and are going paperless by sending all invoices via email. Our office employees are working from home as much as possible, and when going on service calls, technicians leave straight from their homes to keep employee interaction to a minimum. We also require technicians who feel even slightly under the weather to stay home to rest.
We ask our customers to refrain from scheduling appointments if anyone in the home has shown any recent signs of illness. Our goal is to remain healthy and safe so we will be ready and available to provide service should we be called upon. Below is a video for an additional message.
