“This company, out of 30 years of dealing with HVAC companies in this area, has been the BEST. Mac, Justin and the others I have dealt with, have been professional, friendly, and thorough. They let me know if there is anything wrong with not only the HVAC systems but with anything else they may see. I appreciate this very much, as I don’t get into the attics much. Plus, they have gone to extremes to make sure that my systems work perfectly and to my satisfaction. I would give this company and the people I deal with the highest mark available. AC goes out at 9:00 pm at beginning of a Texas heatwave. Looked up Superior AC and read some good reviews. They were closed, but it is getting hot in the house. The answering service told me I would get a call back. 5 minutes later Jason called. One hour later he showed up, diagnosed problem, cleaned coils, replaced failed part, and I became the hero of the family… Thanks, Jason. You are a great asset to your company. “They provide awesome services! Jason is a very responsible guy, which is great for his company. He helped me fix my thermostat issue and found out the water drainage issue as well. “I have used Superior for about 5 years. I previously used another a\c-heater service company in College Station for 15+ years. When the ownership of that company changed hands and the new owners provided very poor service, I changed to Superior. Superior installed one replacement ac heater unit for me about 4 years ago and has provided spring and fall maintenance services for about 5 years.I have nothing to say about Superior except good things. If you need good a\c heater services, I don’t think you will go wrong with Superior.”

“Our AC stopped cooling Saturday evening, we were worried about calling Sunday AM early (on Mother’s day)…BUT NO PROBLEM. Called the answering service, Robert our tech called us within 10 mins, said he could be at our house within 30 mins. He arrived within that time frame, super-nice, very knowledgeable, had our AC back running within 15 mins (minor capacitor repair). Reasonable price for repair & superhero fast response time & job done. He checked everything else out with the AC while he was here too & explained everything thoroughly! “Jason was here on time, replaced the AC filter, and took the metal cover that holds the filter in place to the outside where he washed and cleaned it thoroughly. Then he went into the attic and fixed several things there. He was almost ready to leave when I asked him if something could be done about attic insulation that was dropping down through the vents into the living area every now and then. He was very agreeable and got a ladder and cleaned the insulation from the vents, even going outside to get a drill so he could remove the vents and clean them more thoroughly. He is a real credit to Superior Air and goes above and beyond what you would expect to do a good job.”
